No build fee. First month's fee is due as a deposit before the build begins. Monthly billing starts from go-live.
How payment works
Phase 1 — Initial Term
All Host with Webrio plans include a minimum commitment period during which the monthly fee covers both your build cost and your hosting. No upfront build fee is charged.

Phase 2 — Maintenance Period
Once your minimum term is complete, your retainer automatically reduces to the Phase 2 rate covering hosting, DNS, SSL, and maintenance. No new agreement required. Continued payment constitutes acceptance.

Want to leave early? Buy out your site.
If you want to cancel before your minimum term is complete, you can buy out your website at any time. The buyout price is the Design Only equivalent for your tier, minus the monthly fees you have already paid, subject to a minimum floor of 75% of the Design Only price. Once the buyout is settled, you receive full code ownership and all credentials within 7 business days of cleared funds reflecting in Webrio's account.

Example: A Starter client cancels after 3 months. They have paid R897. The calculated buyout is R3,500 minus R897 = R2,603. This is below the floor of R2,625 so the buyout is R2,625.
On Host with Webrio, you are subscribing to a fully managed web presence. The website code remains Webrio's until your minimum term is complete or you choose to buy out. Your domain is always registered in your name and is yours from day one, provided any domain registration fees paid by Webrio on your behalf are settled.
