Domain Registration & Management
We register and manage .co.za and other TLD domains on your behalf through a trusted South African registrar. Your domain is always registered in your name and remains your property — we just handle the admin. A 5% handling fee applies when domain registration or renewal is managed through Webrio.

Website Hosting
All Webrio sites are hosted on globally distributed edge infrastructure — not shared hosting. Your site is served from data centres closest to each visitor, which means fast load times everywhere in the world. Automatic SSL, DDoS protection, WAF, and 99.9%+ uptime are included as standard.

Business Email Setup
Professional email on your own domain (e.g. yourname@yourbusiness.co.za), configured and ready to use from go-live. We assess your needs and recommend the right solution — from Zoho Free for basic use, to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for full business suites. All options are configured with correct SPF, DKIM, and MX records so your email delivers reliably and doesn't land in spam.

DNS Management
DNS is the backbone of everything — your website, your email, your domain verification records. We configure and maintain every DNS record on your domain including email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), MX records, and any third-party service integrations. You never need to log into a DNS panel or figure out what a CNAME is.

Contact Forms
Every Webrio site includes a contact form that routes enquiries directly to your business email address. No backend server required, no database, no visitor data stored by Webrio. Just reliable delivery to your inbox. POPIA-compliant by default — we don't retain any form submissions.

POPIA Compliance Page
An optional privacy policy page, drafted for your site's specific context. POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) requires South African businesses to be transparent about what personal information they collect and how they use it. Webrio's static architecture means we collect minimal data by default, but if your site includes a contact form, lead capture, or analytics, a privacy policy is legally advisable.

Ongoing Maintenance
Your monthly retainer keeps everything running — hosting, SSL, DNS, and platform uptime. If you need changes after go-live, we handle those on request. Content changes (text updates, image swaps, copy edits) are charged per request, with 2 rounds included free at launch. Structural changes (layout changes, new sections, navigation) are charged at an hourly rate. All change requests must be submitted in writing via email.
